Dr. William Poole has been faithfully servicing patients from Leola, New Holland, Ephrata, Akron and the surrounding Lancaster community since 2001.

In caring for their patients, Dr. Poole and his friendly team strive to grow relationships built on trust and openness.

Dr. Poole grew up in Leola and graduated from Conestoga Valley High School. He holds his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Poole enjoys spending time with his wife Alison and their three sons Jackson, Aaron, and Chase.

Emergency Crown Replacement

I am very grateful for the responsive manner for my emergency crown replacement today. Of all things we had very poor weather, I needed to catch a ride to the airport hotel, and my crown had popped off over the weekend. I called Dr. Poole’s office and they were very helpful to “fit me in”, today. Much thanks and appreciation!
